Nonsex Offences Committed by Child Molesters: Findings From a Longitudinal

This study, which used a prospective as well as a retrospective methodology,
examined the criminal records of 30 child molesters prior to, and up to 10
years after an index event of sexual abuse for which they were convicted:
73% had convictions for other offences, 60% had convictions for offences
other than sex offences, 50% had convictions for property offences, 27% had
convictions for offences involving violence, and 23% had convictions for
drug offences. Offending levels for nonsex offences were significantly higher
than the general adult male population. Any theory concerning the dynamics
of sex offending against children needs to account for the level of nonsex
offences committed by child molesters

USE YOUR OWN THOUGHT PROCESSES
John Adams stated, “Our constitution was made for a moral and religious
people; it is wholly inadequate for any other.”
What did John Adams mean when he said that? The words of Edmund
Burke further define what John Adams said — (sic) that freedom without
virtue is not freedom but license to pursue whatever passions prevail in
the intemperate mind; that man’s right to freedom is in exact proportion
to his willingness to put chains upon his own appetites; the less restraint
from within, the more must be imposed from without.
In other words, our constitution was established for a people willing
to live a self-disciplined life. In words attributed to James Madison,
“We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon
the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of
all our political institutions upon the capacity of each and all of us to
govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to
the Ten Commandments of God.”
But America, while many of its inhabitants claim to be Christians, can
no longer call itself a Christian nation. Christians, by and large,
avoid the public service that their Christian forefathers were called to
as their Christian duty. An oft heard refrain today is “don’t try
to impose YOUR values on ME!” which, translated, says, “there are no common
societal mores any longer; whatever I want to do is my right; if it infringes
on your rights, too bad, and too bad if you don’t like it; everything is about
MY rights, not your rights or the rights of society in general.” Such
an attitude is the bane of civilized societies and more certainly the bane
of the Christian society for which our Constitution and Bill of Rights was
established.
Americans who claim to be Christians today have walked away from their
responsibility to partake and be involved in their government, leaving the
void to be filled by people for whom our Constitution and Bill of Rights
are wholly inadequate.
And no better example of that exists than the debacle of Senator Larry
Craig and the Minneapolis airport men’s bathroom caper. That Larry
Craig was set up, there is little doubt. That is not to say that Larry
Craig was not soliciting by his actions in that particular bathroom which
he admitted frequenting exclusively on his regular flights through that
airport. And his claim that he pled guilty as a matter of expediency
just doesn’t fly. As some one who participates in legislating laws,
to feign ignorance after pleading guilty doesn’t ring true.
And Larry Craig would not be the first to engage in either promiscuous
or deviant sexual behavior. There are a lot of other elected in Washington,
DC, who have engaged in this type behavior, President Bill Clinton not the
least of them. Then there is the call-boy incidents linked to the
Reagan White House, the GHW Bush White House and the GW Bush White House,
and the 4,000 or so telephone numbers that showed up in the records of the
DC Madam (Pamela Martin and Associates), the number of Senator David Vitters
among them.
So why has Senator Craig been singled out to seemingly be the whipping
boy when what he has done isn’t, in all actuality, any worse than Clinton,
Reagan, the two Bush’s, Senator David Vitters or Representative Mark Foley?
To understand why some digression is in order.
Time and again, Americans have watched their fresh-faced, newly elected
representative depart for Washington DC with the firm resolve to “make
a difference” … “change the course of America” … “get America back on track.”
Within a short time, the constituents no longer recognize that fresh-faced
newly elected representative they sent off with the hope that “this one
will be different.”
What happens to change their elected representative to the point they
no longer recognize them?
Among other things, besides the heady concept of power and money that
is Washington, DC, the oldest profession on earth. In this case,
that profession also involves the criminal use of minor boys and girls sold
or coerced into prostitution. Some may remember the scandal that erupted
in Omaha, Nebraska in the late 1980’s, early 1990’s and involved one Lawrence
“Larry” King, Jr, a rising star in the Republican Party; sang the National
Anthem at two Republican national conventions; was the head of the Franklin
Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska; had connections to the GHW Bush White House;
and was a partner in the call-boy scandal that lead to the Reagan and GHW
Bush White Houses. (NOTE: This is not the Larry King of Larry King
Live on CNN.) Minor boys and girls, coerced or kidnapped and sold into
prostitution; raped, molested and sodomized to indulge the sick sexual fantasies
of the rich and powerful, not only in Omaha, Nebraska but in other cities
nation-wide including Washington, DC. One victim recounted seeing the
presidential limousine parked in front of the home where his services were
being utilized by the rich and powerful; the home leased by Larry King in
Washington, DC; the party, hosted by Larry King, attended by the who’s who
of the Washington DC rich and powerful. Another recounted seeing GHW
Bush at a Larry King party in Chicago, and observed him hand King money and
leave the party with a young boy in tow.
And while the rich and powerful were (and are) indulging their sick
sexual fantasies at the expense of young boys and girls, they were (and
are) captured on film by the likes of Larry King who use those pictures
to blackmail the rich and powerful, to make them puppets doing the biding
of those who become their “handlers.”
In the instance of the Omaha sex scandal, the perpetrators were never
brought to justice because the very people who should have upheld the law,
should have prosecuted the perpetrators, were also involved to include
law enforcement, prosecutors and judges, and on investigation, the FBI
and CIA. Those who sought to bring the scandal to light received
death threats; several, including investigator Gary Caradori, Caradori’s
8 year-old son, and victim Troy Boner, ended up dead. John DeCamp,
author of a book about the Omaha sex scandal, The Franklin Cover-up, had
to move his family out of Omaha to keep them and him safe. The Omaha
scandal was linked to the Catholic-run Boys’ Town of Father Flanagan fame.
There are far too few elected in Washington DC who are there for very
long without being compromised; this, in part, is how they are controlled;
how votes are assured; how the New World Order agenda is pursued against
the best interests of the American people. Understand that not every
congress-critter is compromised but enough of them are to make the pursuit
of the New World Order agenda possible.
With few exceptions, those who can be controlled find themselves re-elected,
elevated to positions of power and influence; those who cannot be controlled
find themselves, with few exceptions, facing the ire of their party in DC
and serious opposition at the polls back home. What has jokingly been
referred to as the Washington political cesspool takes on the smell of
a well-used open sewer.
The culture of pedophilia in the United States is wide-spread and certainly
more wide-spread then the American people know or want to believe.
It has connections to the priest sex abuse scandal in the Catholic church,
to the CIA, to the FBI. It is believed that the profits made by Larry
King by criminally prostituting boys and girls were, in part, funneled to
CIA assets and used to buy guns that ended up in Nicaragua during the Reagan
Administration as part of Iran-Contra.
Scandals that have surfaced that are quite probably linked to this type
activity include the OK Boys Ranch in Olympia, Washington; the Texas boy’s
home scandal; the call-boy scandals in DC; the DC Madam (Pamela Martin
and Associates) scandal; the Heidi Fleiss escort scandal in California;
and the McMartin Preschool Satanic sex abuse scandal in California as the
more publicized incidents. These are, however, the veritable tip of
the iceberg.
Two years ago, former state Senator Jim West, then mayor of Spokane,
Washington, was recalled after allegations surfaced that he used his position
to solicit male sexual encounters using office computers. After the
allegations went public, West resigned from the board of the Morning Star
Boys’ Ranch, a Catholic-run boys home in Spokane; a position he had held
since 1993. Subsequently, West would be accused of sexual abuse by
two boys not connected with Morning Star Boys’ Ranch but accusations would
surface that West, a Spokane county sheriff deputy at the time of the claimed
sexual abuse, and his partner, David Hahn, had access to boys at the Morning
Star Boys’ Ranch and were allowed to take boys away from the home for outings
and overnight trips; accusations West denied. David Hahn committed
suicide in August 1981 after accusations surfaced that he had molested two
boys.
In this same vein, there have been several national and international
child pornography and pedophilia rings exposed over the last several years.
The pedophilia criminal cult is also responsible for the disappearance
of many young boys, to a lesser degree, young girls. These children
are sold; raped, molested, and sodomized by people with power and money;
often times murdered. Their bodies are never found; they are considered
to be throw-away children. One victim of the Omaha scandal described
in graphic detail how the bodies of victims murdered were disposed of.
Other victims described how those murdered in Satanic rituals linked to
pedophilia cults were disposed of. The picture of a boy who disappeared
in Iowa, at the time of the scandal in Omaha, Nebraska, turned up among pictures
taken of several young boys lying on a bed, bound and gagged. That
young boy was later identified by a victim of the Omaha scandal as having
been sold to people living in Colorado to be used as a sex slave.
Prostitution is the oldest profession on earth. And the compromising
of the rich and powerful using criminal prostitution is the easiest way
for a few to control an agenda at the expense of the many. And if those
compromised refuse to do what their “handlers” want them to do, it is not
hard to set them up to take a fall in incidents such as occurred in the
men’s bathroom in the Minneapolis airport.
And while the Catholic church is being sued nation-wide for priest abuse,
while pedophilia and pornography rings are being exposed and perpetrators
prosecuted, who isn’t being prosecuted are the elected in Washington, DC,
the elected in state capitols and municipalities, government employees,
local, state and federal, who are guilty of one of the most heinous and despicable
crimes known to mankind: the rape, molestation and sodomizing of children,
some as young as 5 years old. Following his arrest in the Minneapolis
airport bathroom caper, Senator Craig produced a business card which he
handed to the police officer, asking the police officer “what do you think
of that?” Quite obviously, Senator Craig thought his position as a
U.S. Senator should put him above the law. The seduction of power.
Following his resignation on September 1, 2007, President George W Bush
called Senator Larry Craig and told him he had done the right thing.
Considering the call-boy scandal leading straight to the Bush White House,
President George W Bush should also do the right thing. And when
you cast your vote for the next president of the United States, remember
that the Omaha, Nebraska scandal was connected to Mena, Arkansas and the
CIA Iran-Contra dope smuggling going on there in which Bill and Hillary
Clinton were heavily involved. The sexual deviance of both the Clintons
has been a long standing fact.
The Constitution and Bill of Rights were established for a moral and
religious people; they are wholly inadequate for any other. This sick
criminal exploitation of children will not stop until the American people
make it stop by demanding that the perpetrators, no matter who they are,
be brought to justice. Beyond that, the culture that has produced this
acceptance of sexual deviance will not change until the American people,
as a society, return to the morals of a truly religious people.

Moral Turpitude, Part Two

The first plank of the communist strategy for revolution confiscated
in Dusseldorf, Germany in 1919 reads: “Corrupt the young. Get
them away from religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them
superficial; destroy their ruggedness.” (A)
In part one of “Moral Turpitude” I spoke of the molestation and rape
of young children and the selling of young children into prostitution; the
perpetrators of these heinous practices operate at the highest levels of
our federal government where they coerce, corrupt and blackmail officials
elected to represent the people of this nation, military professionals,
and others who do business and rub elbows with the power structure that
is Washington.
The Franklin Cover-up exposed the hidden activities of Larry King, Jr,
a rising star in the Republican Party; the use of the Franklin Credit Union
in Omaha, Nebraska as cover for a child pornography and prostitution ring
servicing the power elite — oligarchs, if you will — in Washington, DC.
(Note: an oligarchy is a form of government in which rule is by the few;
the form of government now in existence in the United States.) The
prostitution ring provided both male (i.e., homosexual) and female (i.e.,
heterosexual) prostitution activities.
One of King’s associates was a man by the name of Craig J Spence, a
Washington lobbyist, supposedly conservative, known for his lavish “power
cocktail” parties, with whom King had gone into business in DC procuring
homosexual prostitutes whose services were offered to DC’s power elite —
government officials, military officers, foreign and U.S. businessmen, lawyers,
bankers, congressional aides, media representatives and other professionals
following political events (s: Here in Reality). Investigators discovered
cameras, two way mirrors, listening devices and various other paraphernalia
in Spence’s DC mansion, used to record the perverse activities of DC’s power
elite with children, male and female, for the purposes of blackmail. (s:
“Power broker served drugs, sex at parties bugged for blackmail”; The Washington
Times; June 30, 1989, page A1) As indicated by the title of the foresaid
article, Spence also provided drugs at these parties. One victim of
King’s child prostitution and pornography ring was one of the male prostitutes
taken on a midnight tour of the White House on July 3, 1988 by Craig Spence
who later claimed the tour was connected to high level Bush Administration
(GHW Bush) officials.
Craig Spence supposedly committed suicide in his Ritz Carlton Hotel
room in Boston on November 10, 1989. He was a practicing homosexual
facing certain death from AIDS. He would state, in his final days,
that the homosexual prostitution ring in which he and King were partners
was a CIA front operation intended to blackmail high-ranking public officials
(s: Here in Reality). The Larry King child prostitution and pornography
ring also led to the CIA, the FBI, and local law enforcement in Omaha, Nebraska.
It would be discovered that Craig Spence was a client of Stephen Gobie,
the homosexual call-boy lover of Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA).
Gobie would claim that he used Frank’s apartment to run his homosexual and
bisexual prostitution ring with Frank’s approval; which, of course, Frank
denied. Nearby Chevy Chase Elementary School was used as the base
of operations for Gobie who was allowed to use the telephone and sometimes
sleep there, and was given unlimited access to the building by the principal,
Gabriel Massaro, who utilized Gobie’s services.
Following Spence’s death, the DC call-boy scandal died a quiet death
because of whom it involved. Claims were made that this was not the
case but had it been a member of John Q Public involved instead of the rich
and powerful, that individual or individuals would have found themselves
behind bars, facing prosecution and the prospect of a long prison sentence.
Quite obviously, in the land of the free and the home of the brave, it depends
on who you are and how much money you have as to whether you will be prosecuted
for crimes you commit; the new definition of equal justice under the law in
the emerging American democracy (as opposed to a Constitutional Republic).
Money and power has privilege even though such was never the intent of our
Founding Fathers, is to be found nowhere in the Constitution, and is counter
to the very intent of the Bill of Rights.

Recently, in conjunction with research into the scope of the sexual
improprieties involving too many of the power elite in Washington, DC,
this writer obtained a copy of Alan Stang’s new book, Not Holier than Thou;
How Queer is Bush? (Patton House Publishers; Houston; 2007). A copy
of the book may be obtained here. The book outlines, very succinctly,
the sexual practices that define the homosexual; how homosexuals and their
agenda permeate the once hallowed halls of our government in Washington,
DC, naming names and providing proof; how homosexuals have taken over the
Republican party unbeknownst to most Republican party members; how George
W Bush, if not a homosexual himself (which has been proffered on more than
one website concerning the Jeff Gannon/James Guckert controversy and the
Bohemian Grove Club), is a “homosexualist,” defined as a heterosexual who
promotes the homosexual agenda of forcing acceptance as normal of the deviant
sexual practices that define the homosexual, including filling his administration
and important positions with homosexuals.
Stang’s book also goes into the history of how homosexuality has been
used, from time immemorial, to subvert societies and is being used in America
today to promote the Marxist transformation of America. This book
is a must read for any American trying to reclaim our American heritage.
In the mid-1990’s this writer was shocked when given a brochure handed
out to children in a California school in which homosexuality was presented
as normal and heterosexuality as abnormal, asking children how they would
address this “problem.” Quite obviously, the intent was to inculcate
in children the misguided claim that the sexual practices that make homosexuals
just that, are normal. The fact that homosexuals very seldom live to
old age, because the sexual practices in which they participate not only
expose them to a myriad of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS,
but also cause suppression of their immune system, was carefully concealed
as was the purpose of the brochure itself: that homosexuality is almost exclusively
a chosen lifestyle, not one a child is born with. Were such not the
case, homosexuality would be seen as normal by society without the need
for such claptrap.
And this claptrap, for that is what it is, is being taught to children
in government schools across this nation in the name of diversity.
If a parent were to expose a child to products used to manufacture methamphetamine,
products that can kill, and the state found out about it as happened recently
in a northern Washington town, the child would be removed from the home
and placed in foster care. The parents would be arrested and deemed
“unfit” to raise the child, as well they should be.
However, when a government school decides to teach children about the
intricacies of the sexual acts which define a homosexual, as has happened
in Massachusetts schools, and even though such practices lead more often
than not to a slow, painful, premature death, the Federal District Court
ruled that the school had an obligation, irrespective of the opposition
of parents, to teach children about the intricacies of homosexual sex in
the name of diversity in sexual orientation! (Alan Stang; Not Holier

Quite obviously, common sense and moral decency have left the building.
The message to parents could not be clearer: if you love your children,
if you want to increase their chances of living a long, happy, productive
life, you will get them out of the government schools. In 2004 a young
man, shown in pictures on his website cross dressed in women’s clothes,
committed suicide in the commons area of his high school. Knowing that
the homosexual agenda is being taught in government schools across the nation,
including this school, one has to question what role the school played in
the confusion this young man displayed concerning his sexuality.
In the small town of White Salmon, Washington, not long after the advent
of education reform in the early 90’s, parents were shocked to discover
a homosexual teacher using sexually explicit material in her English Honors
classroom. The teacher told students that she wanted to keep the subject
matter between her and them; in other words, she told students not to tell
their parents. When two students did tell their parents, those students
were subjected to public ridicule by the teacher; the parents were subjected
to public ridicule by the local newspaper; the school district administrators
didn’t see anything wrong with using this type material in the classroom.
The message was clear: the school is your family, your parents are
a detriment to your family. The teacher was never disciplined but
as the controversy grew, not only about this incident but about a continuing
string of like incidents, the teacher resigned and moved to another state
where she undoubtedly continued such practices.
The incidence of sexually explicit material, addressing both heterosexual
and homosexual sexual activity, has grown exponentially under education
reform with State Legislatures refusing to address the issue, claiming that
curriculum development is a local issue when curriculum development must,
under state law coalescing federal law, teach to the state exit outcomes.
As Alan Stang points out in his book, the homosexual agenda is being
pushed, not only in schools, but in society in general by portraying homosexuals
as victims when nothing could be further from the truth. The true victims
are the people on whom the homosexual agenda has been forced by a government
that forbids one to even speak ill of the perversion of homosexual sexual
practices for fear of being prosecuted for “hate speech.” But nothing
stops a debate of homosexuality faster than an explicit description of
homosexual sexual practices. Not only is such repulsive to the normal
mind, but repulsive if one has any sense of moral decency.
A “gay pride” parade this past July in San Diego is a prime example
of homosexual turpitude. The homosexual female fire chief, Tracy
Jarman, forced heterosexual male firemen to participate in the event, dressed
in uniform, in their fire truck. They were subjected to morally repugnant
behavior from homosexual parade participants who didn’t even have the self-respect
of alley cats! Had heterosexuals displayed themselves in such fashion,
mouthed such vulgarities, they would have found themselves in jail.
Not so the homosexuals who were allowed to expose themselves to firemen
and subject them to lewd, lascivious and suggestive utterances. To
the best of my knowledge, the fire chief was neither fired nor disciplined.
The firemen subjected to this display of homosexual depravity have sought
legal recourse.
In the Massachusetts case, young children were taught the intricacies
of “fisting”, a homosexual sexual practice so disgusting that a description
of it here would be deemed pornographic. Yet that pornography was taught
to young children with the approval of not only the government school but
the federal court!
History is replete with what happens when a society either accepts or
is forced to accept homosexuality as normal human behavior. And those
who do not heed history are doomed to repeat it. In the days leading
up to the fall of the Roman Empire homosexuality was rampant, moral decadence
and depravity resulting therefrom also rampant.
The same is true with Nazi Germany. Hitler was homosexual along
with many who served as his top aides, implementers and enforcers.
Leading up to seizing power, Hitler courted the homosexual community, promising
them equality under his rule. But once Hitler came to power, those
homosexuals not within his inner circle were rounded up and exterminated.
The same happened under communism in the U.S.S.R.; the same will happen
if the Marxists/Fascists get their way in America. If the homosexual
activists believe otherwise, they do so at their own peril.
As I write this, a German government publication promotes incestuous
pedophilia as healthy and normal. If homosexual sexual practices are
viewed by Americans as healthy and normal, how long before incestuous pedophilia
is also viewed as healthy and normal? How long before parent/child
incest is considered healthy and normal? Man/boy incestuous relationships
as normal has been the goal of the North American Man/Boy Love Association
(NAMBLA) for years. What’s the difference between this and the use
of child male prostitutes to service the power elite in Washington DC?
Is incest defined by who does it?
Decent Americans know that the sexual perversion so prevalent in American
society today is one of the leading causes of the downfall, the degradation
of our society, of our country. Why then do we continue to tolerate
the immersion of our young people in it? Why do we continue to tolerate
it in our society and among our elected? Why do we continue to be
silent as the homosexual agenda of forced acceptance of unhealthy sexual
perversion is shoved down our throats?
